Huh? Vaccines reduce the transmission and incidence of the flu, covid, shingles, small pox, TB etc at different rates. But any reduction is good healthcare especially in the vulnerable.

But Crop, you are going to avoid all healthcare services and technology that has risk and isnt a 100% effective! Right!

Does the concept of relative risk mean anything to you?
If someone is diagnosed with a malady with 100% mortality rate, they would risk any untested procedure.
conversely, according to the WHO, COVID fatality rate is 0.04%.
        You do the math.

And I don't offer this as a purely hypothetical situation.
In 1994, doctors saved my father's life with an experimental animal drug.

Yes the benefits of covid vaccines vastly outweigh the very very small risk.

That's why even in Alberta and Saskatchewan health care officials continue to recommend the flu and covid vaccines.

And I have posted many times credible research that makes that point.

Your logic is somewhat flawed when you consider the numbers at risk, rather than the % risk.

You are beginning to understand how the probability and consequences risk matrix is used in the safety industry.

Where would you place Covid, and the vaccine within the matrix?

Let the chief medical health officers and infectious disease experts determine the risk benefit equation. They have already done so and the answer is the risk from the covid vaccine is very small and the benefits outweigh the risk by a very large margin.

Really? Since when do uninformed opinions matter? What matters is real science and evaluation of the risk and benefits by authorities who are qualified.
