Certain posters quite often accuse me of bias when I critique other posters
So in the interest of balance, I take exception to this post. If you are going to discuss intelligence, especially that of humans, then you may want to make some effort to at least use correct spelling. At the very least spell intelligent correctly.
Okay, rant over. And I do agree, see my post above where I postulate that substances are probably involved in compromising the judgment of these people leading to unwanted pregnancies .

        Interesting topic.

As a adopted person 1963 vintage when abortion I believe was rare.
Fast foward to say 2000 would I be here in a different era?

PS supposedly taken away just hours after birth. Have other adopted siblings.

We all connected with birth mum was great she’s passed on now.

All adopted people have different views. Did I feel abandoned not in the slightest.

        My other siblings similar thoughts.

But other adopted people I know hate there birth parents and hate there adopted parents…..balanced chip on both shoulders

Interesting perspective to say the least. I’m pro whatever the woman thinks is best for her but I’m for babies too.

Bit like you WR I’m a fence sitter on this one.

But have to add child number 4 very very early in pregnancy blood tests showed Down syndrome and off to specialist but was a non argument and told us we had decision no decision no brainer carry on.

They almost tried to talk us out of it. Another test done same scenario then not sure why or how but a error in conception date and changed whole scenario err you’ve got nothing to worry about.

Healthy young boy 8 and a half months later and true story as long as my arse points to the ground

As a livestock farmer, it would be unusual to feel any other way. We spend great amounts of energy, time, emotion and money trying to get as many live babies as possible, then to keep them alive.

So why do you need a mythical entity? The point is her mother made the decision not the state..

Read all documents regarding myself way back when. State made decision.

First meeting with birth mother remember my first sentence before giving her a hug.

I’m not here to judge berate you anger you upset you nor find out details. Just want to meet you tell you a little about myself.

Ps I never really wanted to find out about birth mother more the case if it happens it happens. But brother John was on a mission from god to find everything out.

He contacted me out of the blue telling me he’d was my brother all snowballed from there.

Sorry gone a bit of topic.
