Roe v. Wade’s fall sets a ‘frightening precedent,’ retired Canadian Supreme Court justice says

          https://www.theglobeandmail.com/world/article-roe-v-wade-supreme-court-ruling/

“I think this is a perfect decision for the 18th century,” Rosalie Abella, who is now the Samuel and Judith Pisar Visiting Professor at Harvard Law School, said in an interview. Ms. Abella retired last summer after 17 years on the Supreme Court of Canada.

Earlier this week, the U.S. Supreme Court expanded religious rights to public funding of schools, and gun rights in striking down a New York law that put strict controls on carrying a concealed gun in public.

“They seem to be on a tear to expand religious and gun rights, in the name of freedom,” Ms. Abella said. “They are not, however, prepared to extend that freedom to women.

A country full of people who love to take away the freedom of women and minorities forcing women to have children, even sometimes in the cases of incest and ****. And at the same time do almost nothing to stop mass shootings of children?

Only in the good ole USA where a large majority of voters agree that health care and reproductive health should be a woman's choice.

Many states are going backwards with the Christian taliban lite running the show.

What could be next? Contraception rights? Gay marriage?

Speaking of backwards bible thumpers who want to tell everyone else how to live their life. LOL

When are you truly going to embrace freedom for everyone? Or is freedom just for you?

It’s this simple. Some are happy babies lives will be saved. Some are sad and scared and angry that babies lives will be saved.

Which side are you on chuck? You seem angry and upset that babies lives will be saved. Do you feel that that is the correct and good side? Because you sure seem to feel that babies should be killed at will.

And you think wanting to save babies lives is backwards, chuck? Is that how you feel? That’s an interesting take on this issue chuck. Would you be there with the knife as the babies head is punctured? Would you help remove it piece by piece, because that to you is freedom, chuck? The freedom to kill the defenceless. That is where you decide to align your views?

What an interesting take, chuck. But not surprising for someone who mocks the Bible and has no moral compass.

What do you say chuck to the many who don’t believe the Bible, but yet recognize a killing as wrong? Do you think they too are wing nuts, chuck?

Its not your body or your choice.

Have you not heard of the abortion pill which can be used early in a pregnancy? Stop with the drama queen descriptions. Nature aborts many fetuses. That must be god's will to end the pregnancy, right?

So unless you think you get to decide what is right for women when it comes to their reproductive health care and planning, your opinion doesn't matter.

All the CPC leadership candidates except Lewis are pro choice so there is your answer.

So many options not to get pregnant..
The media should ask how many abortions each of those screaming women have had?
Now you say freedom? Sure different than your covid jab bullshit..
