Carbon tax on industrial emitters is one thing. Carbon tax on necessities of life in this cold wasteland is another. Do you not think by taxing the large emitters that the consumer is already paying this tax by increases in the prices of consumables? Essentially a tax on a tax for the consumer.

Commie sask ex-pat reject Wilkinson just confirmed Canada is going to pump 300K BPD of crude for Europe and fast track a couple LNG plants. You know, 2 fast tracked LNG plants out of the 50 that were proposed and cancelled by the green climate clowns.

Is one thing t virtue signal for fake climate scare, but thats nothing to trying to virtue signal for Ukraine to stop the end of globalization. Thats an easy choice for marxists.

And how do they propose to move the energy to Europe? They killed every pipeline and LNG proposal that was presented.

Glowball warmists are first in line to see the war end, not because war is killing humans and causing misery, (actually they have an appreciation for population reduction)... they want the war to end, in the hopes that the construction of energy transportation facilities, might be halted before the projects get off the ground.

BTW, I'm not hearing Trudeau's name being mentioned in today's talks that Biden is having, Trudeau too busy announcing his green plans in B.C.

Astonished that Canada is being mentioned as possible "peacekeepers" after a negotiated ceasefire between R vs. U

Russia would probably accept Canada as security guarantors because they pose no threat militarily whatsoever. They’re still trying to put engines in the F18’s they bought from Australia. Maybe if things cool off Canada could buy some SU27’s or even some mig29’s for a pittance and actually improve their military with cheaper Cold War era relics.

Taliban has a huge amount of surplus military equipment that is more modern than Canada uses.
