Methinks furrow is a distributor of that stuff. He has to take ownership of his application rates and circumstances , which is admirable.

JD Green...Was on Hyway south of Swift today. Looks like some nasty hail damage. Were you south of the hail? Hope you missed it.

Storm was just north of me a few miles. Was awfully close further east. Escaped.. Lucky for now. Pounded out quite a long swath 3 miles wide apparently

Nope hobby , I do not sell that chemistry - remember this is a pre burn issue
Farmaholic - we are not in a legal fight yet so ya I think i can say whatever I think and or know . But I do not want to give them any loopholes to wiggle out either .
We are finding out more and more all the time - there is a scientific paper being writen on what is happening to the soil in our case and 5 others . All with the same issue - with proof of loss .
One thing to do farmaholic is read the Australian Lable for the active ingredient in heat , which is Kixor . There are also two American labeles with Kixor in them that are eye openers as well.
My personal opinion is that there is a lot more going on in the soil that what we are being told - and evidence is clearly pointing in that direction
It will be at least a month yet before we get all our ducks in a row .

Furrow, the Aussie label suggests using a seeding implement that moves treated soil away from the seed row, especially for Lentils and Fabas. Is that what you are refering to?

That's the key - why move the treated soil ?
It explains why - the same will be for any legume crop

question klause are those peas immune from frost?
kind of a aissie question we get peas to almost similar growth/podding satge and get belted with 3 or 4 nights if -1 or -2 celcius and there stuffed but must come a time when there past frosting
ps I don't wish it on anyone -3.5c here this morning

                      MB dog,

                      Grew marrows for many years.

If dry weather then the peas will dry out without much bleach (hidden in swath more by plant material)... the darker the green... the higher the grade... and even colour is very desirable.

Reglone can work well... less risk from blowing while in swath... but bleach can be more problematic.

                      Have fun!
