Less than 2 tenths since the snow left and there wasn't much of that. A lot of seeds won't even germinate until/unless there is some rain. East Central Alberta.

Hay crops looking good. No considerable frost here yet. Southwest sask west of Assiniboia. Provincal maps looking a lot like 2002.

Was in Brandon Manitoba today and it rained from noon on all the way their from Regina. Moosomin is extremely wet. Water every where. Brandon is wet and crops seem really late.
