If there are any MP's on here could you answer who makes the decision on the difference between the cash advance at the CWB and Canola Growers is it those institutions or is the Ag department who decide all the forms etc. I simply cannot understand how the Canola growers can continue on like this, they keep telling us the ag department makes the rules well if so then why the less hastle with CWB.

Dirtgirl I would think it should come down to which crop you intend to hold the longest in your marketing plan. The longer you hold the more benefit you have from the interest free providing your commodity price does not go down. If your elevator agent is fumbling and having trouble with the paper work then pack up and leave and go to another elevator. That is my Coles.
