Jetstream often over you guys and its flat unimpeded nothing to slow air flow down why some years worse than others cant explain. Opposite here in 26 almost half way through year and no real blows yet except in coastal areas. We often get 80 kmh sand storms on newly sown crops. Yes ownership over life is a slippery slope. With patents expiring after 25 yrs you would think we would have all sorts of off patent options, but they keep new varieties on a treadmill so as to keep the survival of old seed stock to next to nil. Would a 25yr old bag of seed still grow probably especially if sealed. Even Liberty link canola would be off patent by now came out in 1995.
