We’re northeast of there and I doubt that we start seeding before May 15th. Water is still running over roads yet, the RM will have a lot of fixing to do this year.

Good spirit is so close to historic high water level it’s not even funny. We might get flooded this time, road north of Canora is out.
fort lakes still had ice in parts last night on my way to city.
I still can’t get out to my harrow bars and mandako so I’m thinking next Monday. Did go to our Abernethy farm and it’s dryer that way.

We started seeding yesterday. 60 km winds yesterday made spraying impossible. Wind forecast again today. Very dry here. Was very little runoff. Frost not out in the low areas yet.Comment

Handful of guys going here, no spraying yet very little growth.Soil temps are low , still snow in tree rows and ditches.Mother nature rules again, last year we were 30 degrees.Comment

Hearing about lots of grass fires yesterday. Trees in powerlines causing fires. Plus some human caused ones.
