There is a reason Minneapolis has become a dumpster fire, it’s not rocket science. It has become the exact result of this ….

What you are watching is a script play out. "Globullsht" installed puppets ushering in a NWO. Stay skeptical my friends.

I don't disagree with most of the previous comments. It is sad the the US president has been so over the top that there is no way that most can look themselves in the mirror and bow down. He has given so much currency to Carney to oppose him as Canadians rightly feel insulted. We now have the F35 deal that should have been a no brainer but the rhetoric is going to kill that deal and push us into the Grippen deal with a lot of public support. It is stunning to see the change in the west in the interaction with the US and the long term relationship. If this was just a Canada / US thing it would be one thing but this is really a US versus the western world change in relationship. The change of the European relationship is not unlike what is happening with the Canadian relationship. Is this the end of Nato? Is this the end of any kind of Nafta deal ?
There was need for the rest of Nato to up their investment but what is the US plan?
I don't buy the US idea that Canada and Mexico was screwing over the wealthiest country in the world. For me personably I feel that its in our best interest to make a deal "but" I feel most Canadians have a sense of self respect and will want to go in a different direction if we are pushed that way. Most of us have a limit. This has been such as huge gift for the Liberal party here in Canada that is one of the sad outcomes from all of this. Stephen Harper remarked about he had changed from his thinking of a closer relationship to one further removed. It is obvious to me that we are way to exposed to US policy and need to broaden our trade relationships. India is a prime example that needs work. From what is sounds like that they too have been in the US crosshairs and are probably looking for better partners. The China deal related to canola and peas needed to happen, it was long overdue. It was one of the rare times where it can be perceived to get something for western farmers that may affect the Ontario auto industry. Its already pretty much done if the US carmakers stop Canadian manufactured vehicles from going into the US. ?

Are you talking about the facts his family choses to work and live in the US and near all his investments are there? The company he he was directing moved there?

We can't count on America anymore?

            What's with that?

Well put. Was kinda shocked when Harper said he supported Carnie’s direction. I take stock in what he says over the hyperbolic crap I hear on both sides of this issue.

That reminds me of almost everything the left lectures about.

Do as I say, not as I do.

I had to quit watching Question Period a few years ago, it was too much of what high paid elected adults shouldn't be, it just wasn't healthy for me.
Its kinda sad when you can't look at what you paid for.
