                      Hypothetically speaking if I had exploded onto the scene and without any apparent support and in view of the Canadian land ownership rules, say I had hidden offshore investors who at some point decided the ride was over and they wanted to cash in their share I would either have to find another investor or list parcels and hope that I can sell them for high enough value and still then have paid for land for myself with the appreciation of the land value since purchase to make it work
                      Now this only works if the frenzy is high enough and I can find enough buyers to bite . The higher they pay the more I get to keep debt free.And bonus if they pay the high price and turn around and rent it back to me. If no one steps up to save me and get these investors their money then the land has to get mortgaged and I likely eventually crash and burn.
                      All hypothetically of course.
