Like I said, we bought the boys Chinese quads and dirt bikes, and they lasted only a couple of summers before ending up in the Evraz bin. The Chinese knock-off Honda water pumps weren’t much better—the motors usually gave out. One thing I do love, though, is the welder, plasma, and TIG combo I got. I still use it along with a portable generator. As for a whole car, I imagine it would be like the ones I saw at the RB auction last year, or cheaper golf carts—look good at first, but after a couple of years with no parts available, they get thrown away.

Chinese EV’s aren’t really high on my radar, but is there even a distribution network/dealerships etc for these things here?
I have bought some replacement auto parts off of Amazon for simple repairs on my vehicles before, weird things like HVAC blend door actuators. They last a month before they fail, I can’t imagine an entire car made of Chinese engineered parts.

Maybe Wal-mart will take on selling Chinese EV's. It would be a good fit with all the other Chinese stuff they sell. If there's any electric trucks Princess Auto would also be a good outlet. Use them until they quit, send it to scrap and buy another.
