Hit and miss. Sometimes I can fall back asleep and sleep longer, at least this time of year the early morning sun isn't trying to pry my eyelids open! Everyone has a different routine, early to bed, sleep fast and hard, wake up early, hopefully fall back asleep if it's TOO early.... rinse and repeat. The shop we built less than afew years back is keeping us busy with projects, add in a bit of old age and going to bed early sounds good. TV bores me.

Farma………… looks like the wheels some gangsters would be cruising around in way back in the day. Very coolOriginally posted by farmaholic View PostNo Sir, I was thinking of putting a personalized license plate on the 37 McBuick that reads NVRAGN. It took about 35 years to finish the Buick, life is different now... more money and time, but...
Added the "before" picture.
Whitewalls are definitely a nice touch

Good for you. I doubt even the last few years are enough to counter the bse hell storm. Problem is on the next cycle down there will be no one left.Originally posted by woodland View Post
Middle of April for us. These guys are like 20 months old and weighed in at 1197 lbs so no complaints from me. This years calves look great and hopefully can do the same (price and weight) or better a year from now.

The price of cattle will have to stay high long enough and the price of grain low long enough that fences start going up again. No sign of that happening yet that I've seen. And that's here in the heart of cattle country. I'm still disregarding the market signals and converting unproductive pasture land into productive cropland
