Really makes you wonder when the southwest RMs are troubled with dryness. They have asked , no one is listening.

In the States they look at a more localized system to send help. Not in Canada.

Well, unless you are dairy, then it's for everyone , maximum payment.

Look at BC, FFS, they flooded that out years ago and have made no progress preventing what everyone says is inevitable.

As far as I am concerned none of the parties , Sask Party or otherwise don't really care because it isn't close to Regina or Saskatoon. As far as Saskcrops or Apas: same shit, different pile of nothing to see here, in my opinion.

For the last 10 years Ottawa has been very tight with lending a helping hand to the west, even discouraging projects by placing startup regulations with timelines that simply won't work. Meanwhile the east seems to be slowly moving to a SkiptheDishes type of mindset using the tired government credit card.
