    So how come last year STats canada had Canola number way bigger than we all thought the market crashed and every bin and crusher were running on fumes just before the crop came out.

    Now this year big bigger biggest.

    yea some crops were awsome some were ok and some were ****ing terrible. Do a average and yield and the report was created by the same group that did last years big crop all to help the crusher and thats it.

      Yr ago zero basis was an indication of less bushels.

        Where I am 60 bu canola was quite a common number, and that was on heavy land. Durum, lentils, and chicks were large also.

        Hate to say it, this yrs crop was big. The late rains made BIG bushels. The big bu areas made up for the poor ones.
