Wow, what a contrast. One of the elevators here shipped more grain in September and October than they did all of the last crop year. They were loading 3 trains a week, which is unhead of around here.

Was just by there yesterday was wondering how it was set up for shipping and receiving too! I would assume they will have to rail in a lot or most of grain there is no way they could supply a constant supply locally and risk would be to high for crop failure or quality spreads needed.Originally posted by Blaithin View Post

Now will they mostly supply from their own elevator system or will they go to competition that might supply for cheaper. If say G3 or Viterra will pull from an area that they have major control of market will they sell cheaper than P&H can buy for?
