Ukraine isn’t and wasn’t innocent, maybe anyone supporting Ukraine should go give them a hand, NATO held onto this proxy war, what’s a flag worth? It’s not worth all the people underneath it!

Think you’re missing the point here. Russia is empire building while they still have enough able population to do so. Innocent or not Ukraine was invaded by an aggressor nation. No justification for Russia to invade here. Be like Trump invading Canada on justification it’s too woke or some other reason. Much as I’d like to be part of the USA there’s a reason parts of my family left there a 100+ years ago. Same as in Ukraine if folks don’t like it there then maybe look at going to Russia or the US.

I think Europe has voted. They have decided to buy oil from Russia therefore funding that side and we are funding the other in billions of dollar increments. Maybe I am wrong but we can’t fund this war forever.

True enough. If Europe is buying Russian oil they are sealing their own fate. However, the rearmament of Europe is unprecedented. With America taking a break from the world stage everyone else including Canada has to go it alone concerning defence and trade.

The most depressing thing when thinking about wars throughout history is realizing that most of the combatants gave their lives fighting about which ruler/king/chief/principality/country/oligarchs gets to steal the fruits of their labors. Very few have ever been an existential threat to the poor citizens pressed into service.
Even if the propagandists have convinced them otherwise.

Agree, makes no sense for Trump to sit down without having Putin and Zelenskyy at the same table to discuss a deal. All I see is Trump and Putin wanting to share the spoils of war.
