I’ll take the rain, the hay can wait, it’s almost 8 inches since April 15th.

It’s time for sunshine and warm temps to advance this crop. Sure glad the nimrods haven’t found a way to cover the sun - yet.

We've had a quarter inch in the last 3 weeks. 4 inches on the year. It's hard watching system after system roll by south of us. Pastures are brown again. If we could catch a decent rain here we would still get an average crop or close to but that's appearing less likely every day.

I can out do that, with the 1/2 inch yesterday we are at 1.5 inches since May 1st.

3 tenths mid may , 7 tenths on June20-21 , and the half inch July 13/14th.

You just couldn't imagine how the crops look. Oh and did I mention powder dry subsoil ?

I am always trying to out do others!!! not necessarily to the good side.

You can not grow a crop with that little rain and the heat and wind we have had.
