What's that about? You are just stirring the pot. Hahahaha

I get it. Thank you for the laugh. Needed it with only an inch of rain and crop insurance questioning the fact my canola didnt germinate and grow until after the June 20th rain. Now they are sending an agronomist out to tell me what went wrong.

They couldn't comprehend the fact it hadn't rained.

That’s the frustrating part of why I started that thread about net income . It’s crazy how oblivious most those in crop insurance, and the ag industry truly are …
The truly believe that every farm has been as successful as someone like SF . They just can’t comprehend how it is for the other 80% . And how of that 80% , 1/2 of them are far worse off than most of us here .
Ask those like Galaxy, Helmsdale and others is south west Saskatchewan and SE Alberta
95% of the ag industry is oblivious

Our area has been fortunate but we had 10 years of floods that a lot of others had great crops, throw in 2002 and 2004 when it froze first few days of August, -5 from midnight on. Each area has issues.

But this week what pisses me off is grain companies pushing a naritive that the canola crop looks best ever.

This same bullshit happened last fall and Canola went to 11 a bushel they know farmers have to sell and made out like banditsnow the cupboards are bare and a few who waited get over 16.

Now the new best crop ever bullshit starts.

                They aren't your friends.
