    Same here SmallTime
Spent my summers in the 70’s picking wild Saskatoons. Not that I wanted to but Mom put a lot of pressure on us to.
A lot of the areas that we picked have changed to willows during the wet years and where they did survive the blossom freeze every spring.
Strange with the World getting warmer and Canada warming faster than the rest of the World!

Hope the frost stays away, the Durum is up and blowing in the wind and Lentils are just poking through. Less than 300 acres of Canola left to go but they won’t go in for a few days now.

Our forecast 10-15mm ended up at 4mm. Should be going again this afternoon. Nothing to the west.

Picked chokecherry and pincherrys also but near as many as Saskatoons.
Mom made some chokecherry jelly but it was never as popular as raspberries or strawberries.
Chokecherry’s are tough and produce every year but there not a fruit many people care for.

What are some of the rain totals?
                East of Assiniboia 1.3”
Lots of happy farmers here. West of town didn’t get as much and further west less, some none where it’s bone dry.

Got 1" 6/10's so far, radar looks like it's almost done. Had 18" of wet snow before, so we're pretty soggy. Maybe get going again Monday?

We purchased a Seedmaster Ultra SR last year. Curious Furrow, if you have paired row and single row seed boots. We got both and seeded peas and about half the wheat with the paired row boots. come harvest, there was no difference in yield. only been one year though.

Environment Canada forcast our area for 36 hrs of periods of rain.
                      Got zero.
No other weather service had anything close to that forcast.
                      Just more wind.

They could go with the CBC.
                      Wouldn't miss them a bit.
Can't even find any old data there from past years.
