      Interesting but the money get spread around like when a farmer gets money. If they buy land the price paid a few years ago now will take way more to buy one quarter.

        If a couple stories are true then some Bands are dealing on provincial and Crown land and pastures and NOT at today's land values!! The pricing formula is supposedly using pricing/values from 2001-2006 years, AND includes mineral rights!!!
