Sale on CLH today featured a half section at Two Hills bringing $450K for the north and $490K for the south. This land is right along Hwy 29 and there is some fairly nice farmland in that area. Compare with the land that sold last September in the same area and one would have to conclude that economic gravity is hitting land prices.Comment

1/4 with about 140 ac farmable sold just south of here on RB last wk for $845k.
Good rock free farmland but about 15 acres in a small field.
Higher price than I have heard in this local area.
I knew it would have lots of bidders as it was located near a couple of aggressive young guys with no fear and probably 5 older guys that could buy one quarter out of pocket.
