We need an overhaul of our voting system. This free appointed senator thing is bullshit. These guys need accountability and need to work for a seat. Appointing journalists and radio disc jockeys as people who determine policy is nuts. Let the people decide and have equal representation across the country. Ive said from the time I was able to vote that our system is mentally insane. It’s rigged so 2 provinces determine the outcome of our leadership when the rest of the country’s votes might as well go in the dumpster.
Could u imagine if New York and California determined policy in the US. They never would have lasted as long as they did without another civil war. Everyones vote shud matter no matter where u live.
