Bought fertilizer this week. Urea was slightly lower than last year @730 for spring while phos was slightly higher. Fertilizer is likely to head a bit higher because of the dollar going south again thanks to interest rate cuts to spur inflation again.

Interesting. Just brought fert home yesterday. Payed $675 urea this year, $590 last year. 11-52 was $1175 this year, $910 last year. Potash was cheaper than last year but cost per acre up about $15. It must be difficult with all that is going on to quote out for spring delivery unless you have it in the bin. I have read predictions of the dollar going as low as 66 cents and who knows what Trump and Trudeau will do between now and spring.

Just checked pricing I got in Dec 23 for spring '24 and it was $750 urea and $1120 for MAP. This year my dealer is using DAP because P is getting hard to get due to hurricanes in Florida. This is product that they could get. Works out slightly higher per pound of P than last year.
