Canada dollar depreciation, inflation has not been tamed, costs continue to rise, interest rates will move higher.

US row crop farmers in negative cashflow recession already, Canadian Farmers right behind, and the high cost operators are going negative now and those who can count on more than their fingers and have equity are cashing in and are getting out already....

A Tsunami of land hitting the market this fall everywhere ......renters and buyers still acting like canola is $20 and wheat $12....do these people do any kind of math?....like I said before Greed is a Bitch.

In a year from now, these cheap grain prices that stay cheap will really start to bite when the bins run empty and there are bills still piled on the desk.
