Telling the Invertors to F-Off after posting the pictures of all the out dated equipment and providing them with acres and yields.
Why are you making it so hard for them to come up with their rent amounts?
Enjoy Florida this winter.
Look forward to weekly Friday Cocktail recipes.

This outfit has some farmland for sale near me.
They bought it about 10 yrs ago and rented it back to the family.
The original owner hadn't owned it long but probably cashed 2x equity gain.
This turn is also about 2x purchase price plus rental income.
They are in some other real estate and storage assets.
Have only been in farmland since about 2016 when the bought the property near me.Last edited by shtferbrains; Oct 17, 2024, 14:32.
