Did you get the rains most did ?

My neighbor had his Cat loaded and ready to go.
I see he unloaded it after the last snow/ rain here.
Poor year for fire contractors here so far?

Sure wish I could give you some of the 4 plus inches we received in the last ten days. Some of our land needs at least two weeks of dry hot weather before we can even think of seeding it.It is still early however.

Must be raining in cattle country out west . My 9 weight heifers sold well this week and my buyer thinks they will go to restock a ranch that had to reduce the herd the last couple of years.

Wet here too. Hills drying up getting close but low spots really wet yet. Probably could go mid next week but calling for rain again. Back to the usual grind here after a couple dry springs

2/10ths here out of that. The wind was vicious yesterday - not surprised to wake up to thick smoke this morning. Fires to the north and to the west into BC. Some of the BC fires are now in their 3rd year of burning.

Everyone going in area, leave a few wet spots, rest is ideal. Inch deep, packs well in moisture. Wheat oats barley...even dusty on top.

The wind sucks away moisture fast. The normal FIRE gets away on local First Nation...choking on fort Mac smoke thick as worst last summer!
