Starbuck wheat

Is anyone getting protein outta this variety? Probably a coincidence, but since we have been growing it protein has been very minimal?
Unity and titanium always seemed good , very dry this year and even stuff that only yielded 55 was quite low

10 bushel wheat here with 90 lbs n makes less than 12 protein here so cant understand the problem.

P&H in Tisdale told me that Starbuck has been the majority of the lowest FN they have seen this fall.

Barley was actually growing hair here after that week
But 11.8 protein
