How things have changed since last Fri … wowzers!!
Hutts will be combining lentils tomorrow … should make around da 40 booshel dats on dee heel tops.
More and more burnt areas showing up. Canola will be an utter DISASTER. Some are saying it’s this crop worse than 21. Neighbour is considering cutting his durum for feed, would need a 50’ swath to pick it up.
Guys want to be done harvest, and it hasn’t started yet.

Going to Swift Current this morning then north on hiway 4 home .
The trip to here was ugly to say the least
A small strip of decent crop around Pincher Creek
Combines starting west of Lethbridge on non irrigation land
Anything outfit the pivots is dismal as well .
North of Fernie BC yesterday.
Loved the ranch’s and hay land areas in Valleys north from Coure D’Alene .
Sandpoint Idaho was a favourite spot . Stayed there a night , could have easily stayed a week in that area . But harvest is closing in soon , kinda dreading going home and seeing our crops tomorrow
