Lows for Saturday and Sunday nights minus 11 and minus 12, yikes April 22, 2023. We are warming faster than anywhere in the world. 😳

This late winter storm is unquestionably a 10-14 delay to planting. New snow banks on top of old snow, or on top of standing water in the fields. One heck of a kick in the b*lls again for an area that just never seems to dry out. Fighting mud since 2011.

It’s just weather , unless it’s two really hot days in a row

We are only two days away from a drought.

Highway 11 closed , semi jack knifed south of Chamberlain, also at Quill Lake. Its a tough call but probably they should have closed highway earlier. Our school busses are shut down yest, today and tomm. We are looking at a May long start at best, seeding plans will change for sure.

If you look close you will see brake line and a milk jug by that maple tree. Jug was sitting on bare ground. Half full frozen solid. Not much collecting for a few days.
For whatever reason picture won’t load but you can imagine.
