Nothing will change until supply becomes the main issue. Long term food security not a priority for grain traders.

Is it me or are markets acting like a cat on a hot tin roof?

        No it's not just you.
        I've said for months now.
Volatility is the new paradigm to learn.
It's volume and velocity. When to act and how to do it quickly. And it's here to stay I believe.
Days of limit moves are now a new risk/opportunity.
For us, first went the marketing board. So we're playing catch-up in mind set. Then, global trade treaties unraveled. Hostage taking and embargoes. China flexing it's muscle. Then the centuries old Europe mess flared up again.
        Huge tent trade deals extinct.
One on one now. And set by those who have the power.

Wheat has found institutional support, especially Chicago… corn can’t be far behind!

          Cheers
