Its just an ownership gambit. Western land are the last asset out there. Look at Bill gates. They just want to own it, they could care less if it ever pays for itself. Use fake fiat to buy real things.
We should be taking note. Next time rates are in the 2% range should be loading the coffers.

Heard a winery in BC as well. Cattle ranch in bc hmmm that’s like getting the clap and trying to give it to someone. Know guys who sold out and bought ranches in different parts of bc one being the Gang even. Can’t get rid of them and wish they never did.
