That said, the present administration in the USA is the last group who should be making any kind of geopolitical moves. We are coming into a two front war and China could strike while we have these lightweights in power not prepared for much more than retirement home. Kinda the Japanese pearl harbour scenario but it doesn’t really appear to be beneficial to them. It makes more sense for Russia to invade Ukraine than China invade Taiwan. China needs Taiwanese chips, no other country is even in the same ballpark when it comes to how far advanced Taiwan is in their manufacturing, look it up. If China does invade then Taiwan will destroy all facilities. If china hinders the chip industry in any way, it will hurt china just as hard as the rest of the world. If you thought that the supply chain issues were bad before then look out.
