Snow melt with little runoff watertable should be coming up good. Major freeze drying last couple morning -17 had to turn water bowels back on and plug in tractors . Seeding equipment still looks frozen down yet the racket made by honkers and crows almost unbearable ,,,,, it's spring !!!

Periods of snow tue wed.
Pasture 100% white.
Few big puddles on top of river ice.
Don't think it will run high even with huge snow going this slow.

-9 overnight here so it appears we are fortunate not as cold as some. We have had about 2 inches of snow over the last 3 days. Sloughs in the field have about 21/2 inches of ice on them again. Second year in a row that we had cold weather in early April, with a decent March. We are certainly dry and will need moisture in the next month for sure, not making any predictions, just looking forward to warmer weather.
