Some boats damaged. 1 maybe sunk in the first couple of days? Who knows? But the story is they can't buy insurance out of those ports.
There has to be sales booked for future delivery out of there?
I believe force majeure was declared on any contracts for nearby shipments?

Has to be a big impact for sunflower oil users.

There are ports in nearby countries they might divert to as we might do with Seattle or Portland.

Yes lots of unknowns and speculation for sure . But disruption of shipping from the Black Sea area is of major consequences for world exports. A lot of scrambling going on most likely and not a lot of options out there .

Just think of how costly it is for us with rail blockades, railway and costal worker strikes .. this could be 10x worse .
Let’s all just hope this does not escalate into a wider conflict.
