When law enforcement has the capacity to create an offence’ out of any ‘demonstration’… it is impossible for any Canadian citizens to hold a legal demonstration and uphold Charter Rights of CDN citizens.

Those liars at the OPS are saying someone threw a bicycle at the feet of the horse which then trampled a couple people including an old woman in a walker.
