I have trouble getting my head around the oceans are/will rise! You would think as the sea ice melted at the poles the water would be less volume than an ice cube floating displacing more volume than the water contained?

You would not notice sea level change from year to year. Current rate 3.4 mm per year.

When I was a young man 30 years ago the climate experts said there would be no skiing in the Canadian Rockies within 10 years……..,not once in the last 30 years has there not been skiing in the Rockies! More snow than ever this year.
I’m starting to think they were lying to us?

Be careful making an offer like that. Chuck might just take you seriously. Remember how upset he was that Saskatchewan doesn't have strong enough offshore drilling regulations.

The hard core climate cult political leaders all have ocean front properties , the same ones saying oceans will rise ASAP ......
yes changes are occurring they always have but the alarmism is almost funny now

Vancouver Olympics they went on and on that kids born at that time would not ever have snow when they were growing up! Never being able to ski or slide down hills.
Sound like this year they are getting a little sick of snow!
