Good for the economy?

We just need a lot more make the "rich" pay type programs to make this economy take off.
Government money is always well spent.
I don't believe there is any means test for this program. Just drop your kids off and let someone else raise them no matter what your income level.
Typically everybody pays but not everybody gets.



It's well documented the more you tax the "rich" the less they pay.
