The previous high price was over .60 cents per pound for red lentils

Most other commodities (canola $23, durum $21, etc) are setting new high prices. Red lentils are having enough problems production wise in several countries seems reasonable to expect over .60 doesn’t it?

Wonder how frost will impact Australia lentils, canola etc

Down Under Weather Extremes... Sydney, Australia had its coldest day since 1984 and its coldest August day since 1962. At the same time, a rapidly deepening "bomb cyclone" off the New South Wales coast has brought damaging winds and surf south of Sydney and snow and freezing conditions to the central portion.

Friday forecast in lentil areas is -1. They harvest in november, would this coincide with flowering and pollination tim8ng?
