Not lucky enough for rain or hail, the great quill lakes pushed it north and left us to our crops to wither another day.

I have come to the conclusion that unless it’s red yellow or purple on the radar you don’t get anything. It’s like the radar picks up moisture in the clouds and it’s showing green and blue, useless radar system.

We had a beautiful morning here. Little thunderstorms going by about 25c with 75% humidity. You could about hear stuff growing.
Unfortunately rain didn't amount to enough to measure but the crop did get about an 8hrs exta to rehydrate and grow somewhat normaly.
Still have a chance for profiatable crop here if we can ring the bell on the thunderstorm lottery but so far we haven't had more than a 5 minute showers all year for a total of about 2.5in.
At anticipated prices won't need spectacular yeilds to maintain some profiability as I am sure you all see. That number is different for everyone.
There are some old sunsetters that will bank money at 22 bu if that's $70k per 1/4.
It's more lottery than ever but there will still be winners and losers at this stage.
Big once in a lifetime opertunity missed for most.

What will a 1/4 of canola do under irrigation. Corner are burnt to a crips. Would the whole 1/4 average 50?
