Don’t know why the government wants to give rewards out to persuade people to get vaccinated, either you want to get the vaccine or not. It’s our decision on what we want to do and will have to live with the consequences, as simple as that. I’m more worried that if the government is giving rewards that maybe their hiding something that we should know before getting the vaccine.

I got my first shot and am slated for the second for the simple reason that without it, I fear that my ability to travel, even inter-provincially, will be seriously impaired.

If we had sane people running this country, we'd have choices beyond either vaccination or no vaccination. Most of central America and several countries in Africa have been successfully employing treatments such as Ivermectin to keep Covid cases at a manageable level.

Here's an interview with a doctor from Zimbabwe about their Covid strategy. Sure, Zimbabwe has got a lot of things wrong in the past, but in this particular instance they got one thing right.

I’ve never found the conspiracy theory of using the vaccine to kill off stupid people to make much sense (not that many conspiracy theories do).

Why would governments want to kill off the “stupid” people who do what they say and only keep the ornery ones who don’t believe anything? That sounds like it’s a terrible idea. They’re more likely to want to get rid of those who refuse the vaccine than those who show they’ll listen. It would make their life exponentially easier and more peaceful.
