What part of 10% vax rate do you not understand?

Sask has 70+% vaccination rates, province wide, no pockets of hesitancy.

Yet 6 people in their 70s and 80s died (all in saskatoon), same as happened in early February before we had a vaccine.

Vaccine rates are the reverse of R rates. Vaccine rates 20X the new case rate.

I would love to hear an explanation.
