Seems odd - every day on the news we hear about the British variant, South African variant, Brazilian variant and now the Indian variant. But when this whole thing started in China we were admonished by Skippy and friends and Dr. Tamtam that it was racist to call it the "China flu" or "Wuhan flu", even though pandemics have been named after their point of origin for centuries. And it was extremely racist and ineffective to shut off flights from China to Canada, many originating in Wuhan.

Oh well, at least today we got to see Skippy and Sophie get their shots. I'm surprised they were seen in the same place together. Funny though, last week when we went in for our shots no one took their shirts off - no doubt Skippy sent hearts aflutter amongst future voters.
