Otoole holds a riding on the outskirts of the GTA. If he cant carve a couple ridings off of that block, I dont know how he wins. He will have to veer left to do it.

But the other thing in the works is more people in Quebec voting Bloc and more lefties going NDP. There could be a vote split being set up here. I predict another minority govts but Trudeau still wont resign. He will try to hang on another couple yrs like the last and hope the tides turn again. Most politicians with any self respect will resign after 2 minority govts. Thats not Trudeau.

Trudeau made transit announcements in Toronto and Edmonton yesterday. He is already campaigning. He knows covid will exhibit season trends like all viruses do so that gives him the summer to get out there while most people are not paying attention.
