Bet canola seed selling like hot cakes , seems like it goes up $25 a bag in a normal year.

Read in the USA about land lost in 1910 and Biden will give land back to the people who lost it. Trudeau in the great reset will get some for sure.

    Is it large land farms.

My point in all this isn't it funny how quietly under some Farmers foreign money is coming in and buying up land.

Name one big bank that any of you deal with that will lend you 20 50 or 100 plus million with the stroke of a pen after three to 10 years in business at a bigger size.

Throw in an insane federal gov with all its help everyone except Canadians. Don't you think Skippy will divide farms up? Money for everything or cause.

Oh, yea and the Feds won't pay you what your land is worth either. It will be expropriated or repatriated back.

2020 was weird but if weird is the new normal what the hell will 2021 and beyond bring us.

In the 80s yea, I bought everything I could find. Never real estate deal just talk to people.

Don't be fooled the BTO goes door to door also to see whats for sale.

Its follow the money that bugs me.

We all know farming you make a living and put some money away and in the end if you have some luck and a little brain power you can retire.

Today I cant see how a farm can go from nothing to 50000 acres or 3000 to 150000 or whatever Follow the money.

Picked up a half section at the gas pumps a few years back....just shooting the shit while the slip tank was filling....
It happens to us smaller guys. That’s all I’ll say about that.
