95% prevention means 20 fold decrease in mortality. So if it was 1%, risk becomes 0.05%. And since you're so bad at both science and math, 10% risk is decreased to 0.5%.

None of this matters however to a person like yourself, Burnt, and others who repeat over and over in absolute ignorance that you do not care how many people painfully and slowly drown to death from their own lungs, alone, while families, their spouse, their children, everywhere, mourn their loss in isolation.
