My wife's old aunt who lived to be 102 and a half when asked what the secret was said "Keep the plumbing working." She had a ritual involving senna leaf tea and bran which she religiously went through every day. She got caught with senna leaf tea in her carry-on at Saskatoon airport once when she was well into her 90's and deaf as a post. The poor doofus checking her bags kept asking "Maam, what's in this bag?" "Maam what's in this bag?" and of course she didn't even know he was talking to her. Eventually my wife hollered loud enough to hear at the gate "IT'S HER GOD DAMN LAXATIVE." She said he stuffed the baggie into Anne's suitcase and pushed it away like it was toxic waste.

Good to have you back posting, your feistiness shows you're gettin' better.
Be cautious who comes into your house, with all that's going on now. (including family, wife and boys for visits), you don't need to be coming down with something else.
Working on crop plans for next crop?,,, seems like there might be lots of opportunities out there for next year.
BTW, naps are good, just 15-20mins can add a lot to your day, and your disposition.
best wishes

My Grandpa and my Dad always had a 15 minute nap after lunch then right back at no matter what was going on.. when I'm not at work I do the same... it sure does make a difference in how your day goes.
I stopped in Wadena at the bakery last week in the early afternoon and you would have thought they had some kind of going out of business sale as everything was gone.... I was passing through town and figured I would get a little treat for the drive home.
