Can someone tell me why our canadian retailers are not bringing in supplies from Russia or Morocco since canada has no tariffs or duties on those supplies like were just imposed by the US to give Mosaic a monopoly on the NorthAmerican phosphate market...

It sounds like we live in the Middle Ages and the issue of delivery cannot be resolved in any way. It seems to me, or is the government doing its best to harm the farmers?
