According to SovEcon, Chicago wheat is up 4% in two days after rumors from Russia about potential grain market regulation.

Chicago wheat is back above $6 on Russian tax talks. A ballpark estimate: the tax could lead to smaller exports in 20/21 by a few million tons. SovEcon most recent export forecast is 40.8 MMT. Putin attempting to cool domestic food inflation . . . .
