It bothers me that some on this site have brought the American rhetoric where you are either a D or an R. Any official is labelled by the media . I would have hoped we are better than that.

Why is it so ingrained here that you have to be far left or far right? As far as I can tell, you are literally calling me communist when in actual fact i am anti ignorance, anti conspiracy, call out racism and posts supported by blatant lies that completely lack evidence. I do my very best to provide sound support - like explaining why Benfords law doesn't work for elections. Does that make me communist?

Does everyone in Agriville need to get lumped into 2 categories, QAnon powered Proud boys or whatever is the opposite of that? THAT is what makes this place toxic rather then an opportunity to learn and increase everyone's understanding by providing well researched and accurate fact supported responses.
Might as well call this place argueville already. I can disqualify your facts and then you can disqualify my facts and then I can disqualify your facts and on and on. It depends where you look. I am glad I have a life and have better things to do.

Like orange 45, all talk and no substance. You cannot disqualify the fact that benfords law does not work for election, not that you don't want to or have the time. So just sit back and only read, because you have nothing to contribute. I see none of you other buddies could mathematically prove the post incorrect either.

Yours is the type of post that makes Agriville toxic. Instead of watching the video and saying - yes mathematically elections don't work because the magnitude is too small, you post the garbage you did.

We went thru that already. And apologized for, and I graciously accepted.

Your contribution is deadly conspiracy theories, the result of which is being witnessed in Canada right now.

Come on Jazz, Tweety calls out some of the B.S. on Agriville and the best you can do is deflect and use the old "marketing card" when all else fails.

                  Weak!!!!!

Is it a Gen X/Boomer thing to call other people sick?

My mom does this all the time. Every time we disagree her go to is that I’m sick or mentally ill or something. She struggles to have a discussion with anyone with a slightly different opinion without one of those phrases coming up.

It’s very aggravating this idea that there’s something wrong with me simply because I don’t think like some people. I did learn early in life to do things 30 different ways. Men couldn’t complain I packed mules wrong or tied gates wrong if I did it their way for each of them. But even if I did it differently, they never told me something was wrong with me!

It is a right wing extremist thing to call everyone who disagrees with them sick a socialist or a communist. We have been infected with the Trump conspiracy deep state. Without respectful discussion there is no point.

Why anyone wants to be on this site to talk and argue about other people’s mental illness is beyond me. I think there are other sites specifically tailored to mental health topics.

Really, and those on the left call anyone who doesn’t agree a racist, a Qanon supporter, a proud boy supporter, really kind of funny those on the left are offended by being called a socialist. The federal NDP under Jagmeet Singh is certainly socialist. Many of the people running for the leadership of the federal greens called themselves eco- socialist! Myself only heard of Qanon and Proud boys through the media and various posters on here. I am certainly not a right wing extremist. Mainly interested in financially responsible government, something no government or party in Canada is practicing at present.

I haven’t found it to be a certain political leaning. Mom definitely isn’t right wing extreme.

To me it’s more of a certain age that tosses out sick as an insult. I would have said it was a family trait however more and more I’m seeing other people, (who’ve had no exposure to my family) using it.

What conversation would you like to have agstarr? If it's left of centre issues like robust social programs, opportunities for disaffected groups and increasing living standards for everyone I am all in.

But if it's about the lefts favourite pet causes like open borders, green new deals, SJW recriminations and everyone's racist then don't be surprised if you are tuned out.
